We’re excited to introduce a brand-new feature for jurisdictions managing multiple schools or branches!
What's New?
Network Page: View all your schools' information in one place—number of students, records, attendance, classes, parents, and much more! Managing all the schools under your jurisdiction has never been easier.
Recent Activity Block: See all the changes in your schools over the past 7 days, starting from Monday to Sunday according to the school’s timezone. Perfect for staying updated with everything happening in your network.
Note: If you are the controller of two or more schools, you’ll see the ‘Network’ option under ‘My Schools’.
We’re updating this page constantly to help you manage your entire jurisdiction with just a few clicks.
Parents Involvement & Responsibility
QuranRecord was created to give equal importance to students’ progress from parents, teachers, and school management alike. Unfortunately, over 90% of parents are not showing any visible involvement in their child’s Quran journey. If you are supporting your child at home but not recording it in QuranRecord, your efforts are not being documented.
Every time you listen to your child’s recitation, please make an entry in QuranRecord — this helps the school recognize your contribution. Parents should ideally have as many or more entries than the teachers. This proves that your child is also practicing at home.
When your child receives a 'Did Not Recite' from the school—unless absolutely necessary—it reflects a lack of support at home and negatively impacts your child's performance. If you're unsure how to add a record in QuranRecord, reach out to the school and learn how to use it.
How to Check Your Records:
- Go to your child's profile and click “View Record”.
- On the Records page, click “Filter and Download”.
- In “Posted By”, select Parents and click Search. QuranRecord will show you how many records you’ve added as a parent.
We are soon launching a Parents Portal, where you’ll be able to track your own involvement in your child’s development.
Remember: Parents play a more crucial role in a child’s success than teachers or the school itself.
