Introducing the New "Qa'idah" Module in QuranRecord
We are excited to announce a brand new module in QuranRecord: "Qa'idah"! Teachers and management can now easily record Qa'idah progress just as they do for Quran recitation and attendance.
With this new module, you can have Qa'idah, Nazrah, and Hifz all in the same class. When you add a new record, the system will automatically direct you to the respective page based on each student’s profile, making the process seamless and efficient.
No matter which Qa'idah book your students are following, the system accommodates all chapters and lines within each chapter. You can record Qa'idah by lines, just as you do for Ayat in the Quran. Watch our demonstration video to understand the process better and start recording effectively.
These new modules are available to all schools upon registration on QuranRecord, allowing every institution to benefit from the enhanced functionality.
Additionally, we have made improvements to the user experience to ensure quick, smooth, and easy operation for teachers, management, and parents.
Exciting New Updates in QuranRecord
We are thrilled to share some important improvements in QuranRecord that make managing and tracking student progress even easier and more efficient.
Here’s what’s new:
- You can now record for the 2 previous days, giving teachers and management the flexibility to update records even if they missed a day.
- When you view any record, you’ll see more detailed information, including attendance, recitation progress, and other key data, helping you make informed decisions about student performance.
- The school dashboard has been enhanced for smoother mobile operation, making it easier to navigate and access data quickly on phones and tablets.
These updates are designed to make your workflow faster, more organized, and more transparent. Whether you are a teacher, parent, or management member, you can now access richer insights about each student and the class as a whole.
To see these new features in action and understand how to use them effectively, please watch the demonstration video. We are committed to continuously improving QuranRecord to support students, parents, and educators in their Quran learning journey.

New Feature: Track Student Exam Records
We have added an important enhancement in QuranRecord to help you track student examinations more effectively. When you go to add a "New Record", under the "Optional Fields", you will now find a new option: "Is this an Exam".
When you select this option, a new field appears called "Exam Name". These fields allow you to record and monitor exam results for your students, providing a clear view of their performance in assessments and helping you track grades and progress over time.
This update ensures that teachers and management can easily maintain comprehensive academic records alongside regular Quran recitation and memorization tracking, making student evaluation smoother and more organized.
